This is our first real family picture since our son Tyler was born! and he is turning 5 years old soon!

 

Living the gluten free/dairy free lifestyle.

Kylie cannot have any gluten or dairy, so since that change on April 2nd, 2012 our food lifestyle has drastically changed. she now has salads with chicken or ham in her lunch box everyday, sometimes i will make her sandwiches with gluten free/dairy free bread but she likes the salads better. she likes the gluten free/dairy free pancakes i make as well. Her favorite dinner is arroz con gandules(rice and beans) with tostones on the side....if i let her she would eat that every day of the week.

We recently took a week long trip to disney and we ate dinner there every night(we ate breakfast at the condo and packed our lunches), we had such great experiences eating gluten/dairy free at disney....they are very allergy friendly there, if anyone is planning a disney trip and has allergies or intolerances there is no need to worry!!! she ate so good there!

since she has started her new diet she has gained weight and height, it has been the best thing that has happened to her in a long time! she is also a ton less gassy and her headaches are almost all gone, no more nasty stomachaches and no more joint pain! amazing!!
